CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES

Before You Contribute

Federal campaign rules apply to every contribution. The Q-Net wallet verifies eligibility, contribution limits, and required contributor information before a transfer can be completed.

  • Contributions must be made with the contributor’s own funds and may not be reimbursed by another person or organization.
  • Foreign-national contributions and contributions from prohibited sources are not accepted.
  • Applicable federal contribution limits are enforced at the time of transfer.
  • Required campaign-finance information is collected securely through the Q-Net wallet, not on this website.

Q-NET PAYMENT SECURITY

How a Q-Net Contribution Is Processed

The quantum channel does not carry your donation. It establishes secret key material that protects a conventional financial transfer.

  1. Recipient verification. Your Q-Wallet resolves qnet://chastain2056 to the campaign committee’s certified federal payment identity and depository.
  2. Hybrid key agreement. Entanglement-based quantum key distribution supplies one fresh secret. A post-quantum key exchange supplies a second. The session proceeds only after both endpoints authenticate.
  3. Encrypted payment record. Your name, legally required campaign-finance information, amount, and bank authorization remain classical data and are encrypted inside the wallet-to-depository session.
  4. Signed authorization. The wallet signs the transfer with a post-quantum digital signature and the Q-Net checks eligibility and contribution limits before release.
  5. Dollar settlement. U.S. dollars move through regulated financial institutions. There is no campaign token, blockchain, mining, or cryptocurrency conversion.
In short: quantum-secured keys, post-quantum identity, ordinary dollars.
